The Exciting Opportunity

We have an opportunity for an Office Support to join our close knit team of 3 base in Cooper Plains.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service is delivered for all our clients, both internal and external.

This position will be suited to someone who is a team player and well organised, with high attention to detail. We are a team that recognise exceptional work and are dedicated to supporting employee growth and professional development!

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the day to day operations of the business
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to all internal and external clients
  • Assisting daily input of driver’s hours to support Basic Fatigue Management
  • Dealing with email and phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Efficient data entry including updating and maintaining spreadsheets, files and records
  • Ad hoc duties as required.


Your Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work within time frames and deliverables
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously
