  • Fly in – Fly Out (FIFO)

What does the ideal candidate bring to MLG?

  • Road Train experience; Mack or Kenworth
  • Current MC open Licence.
  • National police check
  • Pass pre-employment + commercial medical + DAS
  • Triple or Quad Side Tipper experience (Desirable)
  • Experience in Load-Rite weighing systems (Desirable)
  • Able to self-load or operate Loaders (Desirable)

Experienced Shift Supervisors needed to join our highly valued site services team on a Gold project situated north of Kalgoorlie. Focusing on actively promoting a positive safety culture and reporting to the Site Manager this position is:

  • FIFO (Ex Perth)
  • Permanent role – full time benefits
  • 8/6 (Days) – 7/7 (Nights) Shift Roster

Auto Electrician: Specialises in the electrical components and systems of our vehicles.

Workshop Manager – NT, QLD or WA based FIFO

MLG Oz are currently seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the highly valued workshop team in our maintenance division on our Granites project in the NT. This position is:

  • NT, QLD or WA based FIFO
  • Permanent – Full Time

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following:

  • Capacity for “firm but fair” leadership
  • Experience managing a Workshop team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of mobile plant and on-highway heavy transport vehicles
  • Experience with Contractor Management
  • Experience with Fleet Maintenance Management
  • Strong time management, communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Experience with short and long-term planning, workflow scheduling
  • Experience with Pronto is advantageous
  • Qualified Heavy Duty or Road Transport Mechanic background advantageous

Skills and Experience

  • Road Train Operations
  • Quad Side Tippers
  • Front End Loaders
  • Experience in the operation of Loadrite weighing systems.
  • Knowledge of Main Roads WA AMMS loading and fatigue management regulations;
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised with minimal direction to achieve work outcomes;
